Some excellent 28mm fantasy scenery from the WETA Workshop's sculptor.

Now this I've heard about, but the price scared me away!

altfritz, Hagglethorn Hollow pieces are listed in Australian dollars, so check currency conversion rates for your country to get the cost. Buildings with many options can be purchased fully painted for a reasonable sum, or unpainted if you want to save money while getting the pleasure of creating your own palette.

Check out the Campaign. There are add-ons and other options that are reasonably priced in my opinion, even if the fully painted pieces are selected. You can reduce the price by selecting the unpainted option.

When I looked, it was US Dollars (and NZ dollars sometimes shown below). I found them pretty expensive ($165 US for an Inn and a hut) but luckily I really don't like the style.

Well… it has taken a couple of years but it has finally fulfilled.

That said, the journey is hardly over.

For those interested I have written up a detailed review in two parts. Be sure to read the summary at the end of the second part if the rest is too long for you.

I will be documenting my personal touches on our HH and would love to hear from others who will be personalizing their own.

Questions are also welcome!

This looks amazing. Very pricey though.

Looks like Printable Scenery is going to do a kickstarter for STL versions of these.

Printable Scenery does a lot of nice things on their own. I guess they prepared these for easier printing. I wonder how the costs will compare.

My son gets all the Printable Scenery kickstarters, and I have a few pieces. But I have not been painting them and getting them on the table. I need to get with it. But I do not have the storage space, or really the use, for all these things. They are beautiful, but I don't think they go very well with my (mostly LotR) figures.
