I waited a stupidly long time (3 months) as did a lot of people, so many that they took the comments/review section off their page due to negative feedback. That was a few months back though.

A quick look on their Facebook page dated October 1st mentions the guy who does the UK side of things – John – 'coming out of hospital'. That might be the delay.

OK, thought that might be the case. I had a massive wait for an order some years ago and ended up telephoning a few times (from the UK) before it was sorted out.

Thanks for your comments! I was ripped off by BTD a number of years ago but I hope they have new management now that can be trusted. I will report back how it goes…

Over the years Black Tree has a reputation of being hit or miss for customer service. I like their minis, but I wouldn't order from them via mail. The stuff I have from them I bought at a show.

I have ordered from them in the US probably a dozen times in the past 3 or 4 years. I have had to wait 3-5 weeks when they are running a sale. But it always arrived. Once they missed a pack. They sent me two as a replacement. I would not hesitate to order again.

I waited months for an order of Dr Who figures, l posted a message on their Facebook site and was swiftly told there were stock issues. I asked for a refund that was duly received.

Contact the U.S. Black Tree Design out of Amarillo, TX. Maybe they can contact them for you. I always buy from them and their service (at least in my experience) is great.

Yes, I ordered from them several times in the past. Most went fine, one was forgotten.

They corrected it and sent me a few spares. A reminder should suffice.

The caveat for US service is if he has to hit up the UK for a restock. Then you will wait with the UK customers…

I am in Sweden too. I have ordered quite a few times over the years from the UK company. Usually when they have a sale. They always arrived never quickly but they all arrived given time. Good stuff, good prices, long delivery times!

I have a similar issue from last January or February. I ordered w/o bothering to login. Of course, that order is the one that never showed. No replies to emails – 3 (4?) at last count. Previous to that I had made 4 or 5 successful orders – logged into my account. It shouldn't matter as far as I can see, as far as shipping. But after sales it might have made a difference. :-(

I have bought a lot of stuff from them over the years. They used to be very slow a few years ago but figures always turned up in the end, sometimes in dribs and drabs over several months. However, all my recent orders have been remarkably quick. I think their problem is with managing the production of new stock. If it is on their shelves – fast turnaround, if not then you may have a long wait.
