I seem to recall that someone makes Fort Zinderneuf from Beau Geste in 25/28 mm but I cannot remember who. I seem to recall that it was made from extruded foam and not resin. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Might it be my Warbases MDF version.

Check out the Two Fat Lardies forum as Richard Clarke is a dab hand at making forts from foam.

Hudson and Allen do a fort in foam. Still available from Vatican Enterprises.

It's the Hudson & Allen one, which is really nice and paints up well.

there are several places on the web with the plans for making your own. I have done several of these fort and its a easy build.

I also recommend the Hudson & Allen desert fort, it's made of expanded foam, and now sold by Vatican Ent. in the USA.

Yep, I was thinking of Hudson and Allen. Great stuff I have a number of their buildings. Jim, that is a great looking fort as well and appreciate the link. Wakmole9 can you provide any of those links for making your own. The Fort Zinderneuf is for a future project down the road. In the short term I would love to scratch build a small Zanzibari fort for my Darkest Africa games.

I thought Old Glory did a 25mm one, but I can only find the 10mm one:

I've got this H&A model up in the attic somewhere…never did use it.
