Just published a new blog post all about the flags I used for the Battle of Inverlochy, including some general info. on modelling the flags themselves.

The colourful flags, used by all sides, are surely one of the most visually appealing elements of this period. Makes up for all of that hodden grey, for sure!

Great looking flags! I agree that flags can really make a game "pop" with color and impact.

Here are some links to my Taiping Rebellion figures. The Taiping are resplendent in their flags, and my Imperials are just catching up to them in banners\flags.

Thanks DinOfBattle2!

A really great battle report there. Fabulous looking battle, which is indeed, turned up a notch of fabulous-ness by the Flags :-)
