Very colorful! I need a batch painted that nicely.

Note: I had to work pretty hard to figure out what brand and scale of miniatures these are. Since this is a blog for a figure company, it might be a good idea to have a link to the web store and/or an "about us" page on every single blog entry.

That's fine, but the natural first question from every miniature wargamer is "what figures are those?" (The second is "what scale?") Blog postings should always mention scale and manufacturer, because, you know, none of us ever have enough figures…

You are looking at the latest range of 28mm Turkish of Warfare Miniatures. The period is around 1700 and you can use these figures against Russian of the GNW period or against the Austrians of the same period ad if you are sufficiently perverted even against the Venetian……

Definitely against the Venetians!

On the blog over the next two weeks we'll be explaining the Donnybrook scenario between the Imperialists and the Ottomans which we are displaying at Crisis in early November – big units on the table too but they will just be looking on at the skirmish action.
