It is not the dragoons that I cheered (although the Command set especially is superb). It is the standing horses. The square saddle cloth, no sheepskin and at least one holster cover (any more easily added). Portmanteau/valise looks a bit rounded also, but easily altered. Long awaited.


Ideal for Guard Heavy cavalry and long overdue. If only Perrys would do separate horse only sets, as alternative mounts for existing galloping ranges. We do now have standing British Light, Sheepskin and square saddle cloth French Heavy and Sheepskin only French Light horses.

Again, not the same, but for 15mm. My 15mm Minifigs (3rd generation) "Almansa Dragoons."

And, they have fought well in their battles.
