I am moving house soon so am selling some stuff :(

I want to sell 23 issues of the old D&D mag Imagine on ebay, at the moment they are bound in two folders. One has #1-12 (missing #2) the second #13-24. Do you think I should sell as job lot or individually?

No idea how collectable these are so don't know any prices atm

I put bound collections of 1 to 30 on ebay a couple of years ago and there was no real interest. There does not seem to be much of a market for old RPG magazines.

The problem with old D&D magazines is that much of it deals with previous editions, most of which is no longer relevant to current editions, so only those interested in the retro aspect or still playing AD&D would want any of it.

and the real collectors only want unread copies from a vault

and Imagine was TSR UK so not a real hot item here in the USA I know I have the 1st 6

I sold a couple years a few years ago for about £1.00 GBP each.

hardly seems worth the effort

That's Why I have a stack of Dragon, White Dwarf and Military History on my game room shelf not worth selling but worth keeping

I'd probably sell individually, and the folders separate.

D&D/AD&D stuff is very collectible. Fanzines go for silly money, imagine a 50p photocopied 'zine for £20.00 GBP+ !

Early issues of the Dragon get money, so do early White Dwarfs. Imagine was never as popular – so has scarcity value to the right buyer!

Obviously the later issues of Imagine with my fanzine column in it are worth the most!
