Lots of people have posted on TMP over the years about listing to music while painting or gaming. I've a new twist (well new to me at any rate).

My back lawn is 50ft x 150ft.

Take one mower, one pair of headphones, my old Walkman with 35 tracks of Civil War Fife and Drum music – "By the Center! Mow!"

Job Done and Marching improving at a steady rate! :O)

Sounds like fun. I've done something similar when washing dishes :-)

All my fife and drum music is from the American revolution or Napoleonic's, I have lots of Civil War music but most of it's Bobby Horton and other singers. Where did you get so much ACW Fife and drum?

Go to the Camp Chase Fifes and Drums website. They have four or five CD's available featuring ACW Fife and Drum music.
