Following the recent release of Rise & Fight Again from Stand to Games we put together a play test game to see how the new set play and compare and contrast them with the previous Over the Hills set for Napoleonics.

Interesting write up. I did the kickstarter for the ACW and added this set of rules as an add on. Thanks for the post.

The command and control sounds a little wonky to me. A brigadier should be able to deploy his regiments in a line and not have to worry about regiments falling back because they forgot what their orders were.

I just go the rules deleiverd. I am reading through them and thinking about setting up a trial game myself. Thanks for the post, this will help motivate me!
