The Brits and Russians aren't exactly on good terms right now, considering all those poisoning incidents. Not a surprise that they would do something to ruffle Putin's chest hair.

But the British Government won't touch the millions of Russian money circulating around the City, even though they ask others to impose sanctions on Russia. Just another case of Parliamentary hypocrisy.
