I'm new to SF miniatures wargaming and I wanted to ask players here about the Microworld Gaming products. I see this site sells both the 6mm and 3mm scale sci-fi minis, has anyone here bought any? If so how is their sculpting quality? Are the minis cast in metal? What sci-fi rules do you play with? Thank you in advance for any input.

All their minis are cast in pewter, the quality of the sculpting ranges from ok to outstanding, their sci fi stuff is on the very nice range of the spectrum.

For rules you can try…Dirt Side, Horizon Wars, Future War Commander, Laser Storm, and Strike Legion just to name a few.

Yeah, they have great customer service and their sci fi vehicles are very nice sculpts with great detail. They paint up awesome.
