By all accounts, the entire area around the Nameless Ruins is swarming with Servants of Apophis cultists and their various monstrous and undead minions. Since the Nameless Ruins must be crossed in order to reach the lost Tomb of the Serpent, the hot ticket for the posh leagues with a lot of resources is to secure some means of transport to help speed their way through the danger. Ideally, some way to fly OVER the danger, since you don't actually have to cross on the ground. Up in the sky, you can relax, enjoy the flight, and toss your empty highball glasses down on the noggins of the lowlife Apophists below. The Lost Girls have been saving up, and have booked their ticket to fly. But, it's going to be a bumpier flight than they expect, because in this variation, the Servants of Apophis have their own Air Corps.
So strap on your leather helmet, adjust your goggles, and tally ho, lads -- the bandits are approaching at three o'clock: imgur.com/a/kbYl1KR

The Lost Girls have their most hilarious episode ever. But where's my flying delivery van?

If you've got the quid, you can take your choice, guv'ner.

Excellent report, as always!

What sort of box tops do I need for a Bulldog Drummond Junior Investigator Kit?

ragsthetiger13 Sep 2018 12:32 p.m. PST

Official Bulldog Drummond Honey-Frosted Barley and Millet Flakes, of course. There's a clue in every box!
PS: Glad you enjoyed the report.

The generic investigator kit is listed under Pulp Genres (Pulp Horror) in the Pulp Leagues expansion.

The generic kit is fine, of course, for most Horror scenarios, but for Lost World campaigns, you can't beat the Bulldog Drummond model. It has a compass in the handle!

Brilliant stuff! I feel for the frustration of the attackers, though :-) .

ragsthetiger14 Sep 2018 7:11 a.m. PST

Thanks, colgar 6. It's the most common frustration in the game…you never get that 1x peril when you want it, only when you don't. :-D

Don't feel sorry for harpies. They really stink, though that wasn't portrayed in the AAR.
