I have not found after some searching some good modern or near-future civilian figs. I'd like them in 28mm, not "heroic" 28mm, but more the Warlord / Perry size 28mm.

Ideally, I'd like plastic sprues so I can mix / match.

Also, what about plastic zombie sprues?

Also need some 28mm modern weapons, happy for plastic sprues but will do metal, also.

Finally, want some good, animated dogs. Preferably with leashes.

Any leads, thank you much in advance!

Warlords old Wargame factory survivors may fit the bill.

Warlord has apocalypse survivors from Wargames Factory. But they're mostly armed…

Haha I guess I was typing as you posted your reply, ZULUPAUL…

The weapons (and you get lots of them) are separate, so the figures could be used as general civilians. Might need some changes in arm positions, or modelling to have them holding less lethal objects.

They are very well – thanks!

Just need to find some nice dog sculpt – my son is a big dog fan so I want very nice ones.

GW used to have a fox terrier in the Brettonians line circa 2004 (would love to have some of these).

If you are after ca. 28mm dogs, there's a big thread on those at LAMF: link

Some mentioned above might be missing but it's pretty extensive otherwise.
