I placed an order about 3 weeks ago, and was surprised this week it hadn't been delivered, wasn't worried as there had been the August Bank Holiday here in the UK. What surprised me was when they contacted me about the order enquiring if I had received it, as they had had a strange message from the P.O.

Cuttiling the story short, a second order was despatched tracked delivery and arrived 48 hours later all present and correct.

Can't think of a way they could have handled the situation better !
