Looks great! Your painting technique works well. Are you building this for 40k or another system?
I've built my armies to a standard(for all armies) of ten man squads, one special, one support/ man portable heavy, one Sgr., – two to four squads per platoon. One APC per squad, as well. Heavy weapon sections are two to three weapon teams.
I try and use that formation for whatever game I'm playing…
