Some of you find that when you return to TMP, the website does not recognize you, and you have to use Restore Membership. You should never have to restore your membership if you are using the same computer. TMP recognizes you by seeing a bit of data in your web browser that is called a 'cookie'. When it sees the cookie, it knows who you are. However, your settings in your web browser or security software might be deleting your cookie or blocking TMP from seeing it. If so, TMP will not recognize you, and you will have to log in again. Look in your security settings or web browser settings and make sure that your TMP cookie is not being deleted or blocked. Your TMP life will be much easier if your cookie is visible to us. |
