My husband is making a "ALFA" AK. He has started with a Molot VEPR in 545x39. He is adding a bunch of things…

Reminds me, I need to get back to my own Spectre minis…

@shirley's painting, the VEPR is actually built off the RPK chassis (longer and thicker receiver than an AK), so making an ersatz RPK isn't unreasonable. Too bad the drum magazines are not very reliable. If he gets a good one, keep it, otherwise, stick to the stick magazines.
