I think it's on Netflix now. :)

Hmmn, three stars on IMDB, and actually an Indian production.

I haven't watched it yet, but an Indian friend recommended it when I asked her about any Bollywood films on historical themes. They are rare!

Also wish Bollywood would give their treatment to non-Indian topics too! Would love to see Cleopatra and Julius Caesar with the big song and dance numbers! They could ease their way into it with Alexander. ^,^

Turned on subtitles and they never displayed. Then again, we're on vacation with an Xbox 360, so I'll wait till we get home with our regular set up. I stopped watching very soon--right after the ginormous alligators but it looked good.

I just had a look at it. Used FF a lot. Looks nice, but it is so conjectural.

LOL. Alligators in India? I thought they were all crocs down there. Some of them can be huge. :)

I think China has some Pygmy alligators though.

Maybe he's their version of Crocodile Dundee (would that be "Crocodile Sindhi"?). :)

PS. This monster was caught in Sri Lanka:

miniMo, no Julius Caesar but there was a musical about Hannibal, Jupiter's Darling, starring Howard Keel and Ester Williams:

Oooh, I'll have to track that one down for viewing! Hollywood isn't Bollywood by a long shot, but I'll take Esther Williams!

I'll wait for the re-make.

I've heard about it on Ancient Aliens on the History Channel. The city … not the movie … evil grin

Cacique Caribe05 Sep 2018 9:31 p.m. PST

Lol. Is there anything about human history that Giorgio and his buddies don't feel must be connected to Aliens?

We must be nothing but boring unproductive braindead zombies then, without the constant guidance and ingenuity of Aliens. :)
