Some more shots of the Stormtrooper models with the bases finally done. Once I got texturing on the bases and the models were finally complete I like them even better. I think the white drybrushing over the black wash looks really effective as being like a dull, field-gray version of the standard white Stormtrooper armor. I did all their weapons in Citadel Standard Mechanicus Grey. I chose this color so that the weapons as well as the armor would be more of a field color, dulled down and the glossiness removed from the weapons. I also chose to base and texture all my SWL models with brown groundwork and winter/yellow gold static grass. I did this so that they could be used on a variety of tables and would and blend in with summer or winter – type terrain settings. Pics: link
