Placed an order for 6mm miniatures with them on 30th July. Emailed re progress a week ago. As of today I have had no response regarding progress of my order. From those who have previously dealt with them is this usual? Expected it would take some time to arrive as I live in Australia but concerned about lack of communication on filling order. |

I made two orders to Scotia Grendel in August. I ordered the Collectair miniatures. I had both orders in about ten days to the U.S. West Coast. They did a super job of letting me know about a problem with my order and working it out satisfactorily. E-mailed when the order shipped I'd say your experience is definitely not my experience. |

Thanks KSmyth. Yes sadly appears my order has fallen through the cracks. |

Received message today. Miniatures are on their way. Staff leave was the issue. |
