For the seventh year, Woodville Plantation woodvilleplantation.org will host a one day exhibition of military miniatures. The exhibition will be held on the covered porches that wrap around the sides of this historic home. Exhibitors will be providing guests with a colorful cross section of the many varied aspects of military miniatures, including hundreds of toy soldiers, war gaming figures and connoisseur painted figures in all scales, mainly representing armies of the 18th and 19th centuries. Also on hand will be soldiers of the Fourth Sub-Legion of the United States, more commonly known as Wayne's Legion. Enjoy a guided tour of Woodville house. Admission is $5 USD per adult, $3 USD children 6-12. This event is part of the BRITSBURGH FESTIVAL britsburgh.com/index.html |
