Some key dates for HMGS-South's HURRICON 2018, 27-30 September, Park Inn by Radisson Resort & Conference Center Orlando located at 3011 Maingate Lane, Kissimmee, FL.
3 September last day for GMs to submit their games. After this date you will need to register your game at the show and subject to space available.
15 September last day to register for the convention at early bird rates. Last day to submit game choices for those who have pre-registered. After this date you will need to register at the desk at regular admission prices.
15 September last day to get your hotel reservations in and be guaranteed special convention rate. After this date it will be at discretion of the hotel. In the past they have honored reservations made up to the day of the convention. If you don' think this matters remember that online rates do NOT include the resort fee of $16.95 USD a night. Special convention rate exempts you from that fee.
As to rooms we once again have filled our room block. I have asked the hotel to add rooms to our block and fortunately they have done so but if you have procrastinated remember there is a limited number of additional rooms.
