Avast, 'tis almost de 300th anniversary o' Blackbeard's death comin' soon, on 11/22/18.

Do ye 'ave plans ta run some games, or a mini-campaign in 'is honor, or de honor o' de men dat defeated
'im?

Would love to attend the festivities no doubt planned on the East Coast. I'll bet that will be one heck of a party.

Thinking at the very least of running a game scenario of his last naval gun battle, and boarding action in North Carolinian waters.

Might be fun to run a series of linked sea battles/encounters, prior to that too, before his demise, just for grins.

So, what say ye?

If you head out to Ocracoke look up Captain Rob Temple. Great guy. He will sail you out to where they took Blackbeard down:

Then you can stay on the island, game, and eat amazing seafood.

Wish I could, but alas, it's a bit too far, currently.

Used to vacation near there as a kid. Love the area.
