In light of the current Kickstarter, last weekend's Second Saturday Scrub Club gathering had us digging out our old copies of Steve Jackson's Fantasy Trip rules and rediscovering the charms of "Melee" and "Wizard" (and "In the Labyrinth," too).

Nice! I've always wondered why the designers went with hexes though. I used to play this and just adapted the combat modifiers to work on a square grid, as I had fantasies of being able to play with miniatures in a 3D dungeon. Your use of the hex tiles is inspired!
