As you may or may not know Mantics terrain crate got shipped UPS from the US and we got majorly nailed for customs fees. In a very classy move not only did they apologize they gave us store credit for more than what we paid to make up for it. |

That's UPS for you, they will try to skin anyone outside the US for 'fees' and 'services' where the Post Office doesn't charge 'extras'. |

Sometimes these "fees" are just a scam by an employee. I receive loads of stock from all over and was "Caught" once and then never again after complaining about the extra fee. |
