Hello All, I'd like to get a few opinions from other members regarding Fernando Enterprises and their work on 6mm miniatures. Please don't worry about being long-winded as I wouldn't mind the extra detail. Thanks, Christian

They did some Napoleonics for me about 8 years ago and I was very happy with them, here are some (poorly taken) pictures of them in action. link I'd use them again.

I've used them a number of times. I get the best results when I send a "master" for them to copy. I'd happily use them again.

They have painted Civil War figures for me and I have some different ancients figures with them now. I send several pictures and written explanations for how I want each type painted. Communication is sometimes delayed and I have had their emails go to my spam folder. Shipping is always frustrating. Either the postal service here in the US has an issue or the one at their end does. It always gets there and back but there always seems to be an issue.

I am bit surprised to hear that there is a delay in responding to email. If it is a working day, we reply immediately.Mails going to spam is beyond our control. In june we had a Postal strike,May be Rakkasan's Package got caught to this strike.USPS delivery takes 14-18 days. But from Last month we can offer UPS- service at very competitive charge- transit time is just 4-5 working days. They collect parcel from your home/office. All packages are sent by Courier services UPS/Aremex.And I have no complaint what so ever regarding delays in receiving packages. Painting guides are very important. You must always give us clear pictures or written instructions. We deliver what you want not what we think you want. Your order is welcome.

They have always sent me an email with pictures of figures for approval! If any anomaly , they will fix and send another picture, until it is correct.
