Absolutely brilliant customer service. Had PayPal issue trying to settle invoice. They spent all try supporting me. In the end created a special order which I could pay through. Goods arrived today – custom order and all done in less than one week. Fantastic service. Thanks particularly to Diane. |

Great service. I have ordered from them sometimes in the last two or three years and they have always had a first class product and service. Last time I ordered from them, the parcel was lost (first time the mail service loses a parcel addressed to me). I told them about it and they solved the matter without any trouble. The new parcel arrived last friday. So, thanks to Diane and all the team of Warbases. |
