Since we again had the convergence of a World Cup event and a new Jurassic World movie, we felt the need to play another Jurassic World Cup.

I see two cups… ;-) That was … er… intentional. Yeah, on purpose like. It symbolizes the two versions of the Jurassic World Cup we have played. Yeah, sure. Uhm, for finding the Easter Egg in the above photo, you, er, have won … uhm … first choice of teams in the next Jurassic World Cup. |

I would have bet against the winner. Shows how much I know |

I would have bet against the winner. Usually in games using Troll Ball rules, the team with one, big, bad-ass figure tend to lose. They are more powerful, more agile, more capable, but get nerfed by teamwork every time. Well … almost every time … The T-Rex was losing poorly in the last one four years ago. Then she got angry and started stomping everyone. I think this year it was more the team (of one) that focused on the goal of the game, kicking the ball over the goals, won, rather than the teams that focused on spectacular (and fun!) squabbling, skirmishing, an aquabatics. Slow and steady did win the race. Still, I think everybody enjoyed themselves. |
