I have just finished reading Paul Dawson's 'Waterloo: The Truth at Last'. Though flawed, this is an interesting read with lots of information about the French army on the Waterloo campaign. This inspired me to find out more about the proposed series of books by the same author entitled 'Napoleon's Last Army'(NLA). This, it seems, was going to have a lot of information along the same lines as 'The Truth at Last' which made me wonder if the latter was a stop gap publication as there was no sign of NLA and the last information from Amazon in 2017 said that release was cancelled.

NLA looked like something well worth having especially with the superb illustrations of Keith Rocco. Does anyone have any news of its fate?

That's one of the books. However, the price is somewhat problematic. It does not suggest a normal publication.

A,

Oh I don't know – a mere snipe on Amazon at $647.00 USD!

A quick check on Abebooks.com for Paul L Lawson show both "Marshall Ney at Quatre Bras" and "Napoleon and Grouchy" in the $20 USD-30 range if that helps.

But it was published in 1868 according to the listing! Bet Dana Lombardy didn't know he was that old.

Keith Rocco did publish a portfolio of the Imperial Guard in 1815, limited to 100 sets (32 prints). He indicated a further publication but mentioned it was more than a year away.we will have to see.

The images are noted as being created for Napoleon's Last Army, that was never published AFAIK.

I have the portfolio and it is well worth the money.

The prints I like, and they come with text.
