After reading the new Kin gang supplement:

….it occurs to me that the Ghoul Leader could be a pure strain, the cousins Lesser Genestealers. The rest of the gang can be Hybrids. If one scores a Grimoire it could be a Magus.

Mind you that I don't have my copy of Forbidden Power yet. The Cult of Dagon has a Mage leader…two hybrids as secondaries…and the rest are "humans". That might work better.
