Considering order one of their mats, any feedback in terms of quality and service?

I've got several of their mats for a variety of games and in a variety of sizes – nothing but good things to say about them. Turnaround is about average. Quality is great!

Most look nice on the website, but some of their designs seem to show too much of the repetitive "tiling" effect that you typically see with the lower definition products of other companies:

I'm hoping they can correct that in the near future.

Also, if I order their 3 x 3 mats, they come out to be $35 USD, while a 3 x 3 non-slip low-glare neoprene mat from other makers usually sells for just a tiny bit more (from $37 USD to $45 USD).
