"We Only Kill Each Other" (WOKEO) is the one-to-one game of underworld street violence, 1920-1935, so an "World War One" subject(?) Why there isn't simply an "Interwars" category is beyond my evidently plaque encumbered brane.
That said, I only too late realized I was fishing for whales in a puddle, and the original Subscription notices went largely unknown by my target audience.
Thus, I'm going for a second bite at the apple (or gumming for applesauce, if you prefer), and trying again in the hope it will be seen by the Right People.
1) The 99 page, 8.5" x 11" perfect bound book will retail for $30.00 USD, but to Subscribers, the price will be $25.00 USD, plus $9.00 USD for domestic Priority Mail postage. Overseas customers will be charged their choice of Flat Rate International Priority Mail ($38.00) OR International First Class Mail ($25.00). The Print Edition will include three Cheat Sheets, and fourteen completed Character Cards in support of the Scenarios appearing in the book.
2) A separate WOKEO Graphic Supplement consisting of a professionally printed Action Deck of 33 full color 2.5" x 3.5"game cards (provided in a resealable plastic bag), and a set of ten blank Character Record Cards for players to devise their own from the four basic types (G-men, Criminals, Police, and Detectives) printed on colored card stock, will retail for $12.00 USD, but may be Subscribed to as well for $9.00 USD.
3) Those choosing to Subscribe to BOTH the book and the Graphic Supplement will be charged $34.00 USD, a savings over the publication price of $42.00 USD, AND receive their choice of any two free items from either TVAG card stock building range, "Mean Streets" or "Mean Sets." This is a $20.00 USD value delivered free via E-mail at the end of the Subscription.

4) Further, Subscribers to the book will have their names listed on the "Bill of Indictment." Please let me know your preferred underworld names for this purpose ("Machine Gun Belly" is already taken).

Any or all three of the previously published PDF game reports of gangsters and hoodlums ventilating each other presented in the form of the old "Police Gazette" or "The Newcago Clarion" are free-for-the-asking. Any will give an excellent idea of what the game provides and how it works.
