Well I was feeling a little looney so I present to you my
latest aliens, the Penguins from Space. These can be adjusted to anything from 15mm on up.

( Question: Why does one have a missile in its beak???)

Bashytubits02 Aug 2018 1:15 p.m. PST

I have done a total of 8 poses, here is a front view with side by side size comparison.

There is an officer, NCO, 3 infantry different heights and widths, 2 Heavy gunners different height and width and 1 harpoon gunner.

Nice. How about a separate hover skateboard for navigating planets, moons, and such.

And led by Opus,possibly?

Sorry but the sci-fi aliens that we did back in the 1990s was much better. They could be used as 15 mm or 10/12mm. The mounds were given to a Florida company many years ago called BattleStandards.
My ranges of historical were given to Quartermaster/Falcon.

Anyway we had minors and centaurs with ray guns which were the biggest sellers. The birdmen /Avian range sold well. The Felines and Canines were average sellers.

Sorry, but that is merely your OPINION. 3D printed miniatures can be any scale and do not require molds or even inventory. They can also be added to and altered as needed with a simple software application. I really do not understand why it has to be better, different times different tastes and technology, so it is really silly to compare the two. These figures were simply a fun little lark that I thought I would share and instead criticism and antipathy gets flung my way. I do not mind constructive criticism as I am still really new at this, and the teasing is fun also, the led by Opus bit is tempting me to sculpt a King not Opus, but I do get tired of grouchy and direct comments.

Never knew Penguins were so "war-like" ! Pete the Penguin was my university's mascot. Never heard any stories about him getting aggressive, etc.?

Just for you, L4:
