I cut my historical "teeth" on AH with Panzer Leader as my first board game. Luftwaffe, Panzer Blitz and Squad Leader soon followed. I actually still have all of them too! I had to beg my parents to take me to the mall so I could buy them from KB Toys.

But playing all kinds of boardgames was always part of my family life and that continues today as well. We still play all kinds of board games and maybe not even half anymore are military related. Sagrada was just on the table for the family Sunday night! LOL, alongside a continuing game of Panzer Blitz not finished yet!

Play all types: traditional hex boardgames, area boardgames, eurogames, card games, dice games, and so on. If someone in our group brings something, we'll try it at least once.
