My uncle was an MP at an airbase in England prior to the Ardennes. At that time he transferred as a replacement SGT to an infantry unit. He lost both legs and an arms to an MG during the last few weeks. Anyway, i have dozens of photos of him in various uniforms and on everything from a bomber to a motorcycle. I gave the originals to the MP museum about 20 years ago. I have copies of the photos. It is amazing at all of the combinations of uniforms and gear. |

Those figures don't look good. Anatomically they are all over the place, and those helmets are more like Victorian era infantry ones rather than WWII era police issue. Far too much of a curve along the bottom edge, and the crown should be more rounded than the pointy shape shown. |
