10 French gunners for WSS
Based two Command Stands Yearly Profit is close to 400, almost all 28mm. Remainder of this year's goals are:
1. Finish the last of the 28mm WOR project, another 250ish.
2. Knock out some French for WSS
3. Stay strong and not buy anything unpainted. See you on the August update. |

I finally finished my Sudanese bazingers!
I started the 24 figure bunch in May, painting the skin and some of the clothing. Then, with the end of the month coming up, I rushed ahead to finish six of them. At the time, I thought "I'll take care of the rest in June."
Not quite the way it worked out. In June, I finished the clothing on the 18 remaining figures, then found myself rushing ahead to finish up a group of seven figures, so I'd have something to show for June.
Finally, in July, there was little enough to do on the remaining 11 figures that I was able to finish them up easily. Not only that, but I got a couple Askari Arab diggers and an Old Glory Arab with a club finished. In addition to which, I cleaned up more figures to paint, and did some conversions I'd been planning on doing for a year or two. Now to press on to other challenges in August!
On the bright side, I sold off six figures and didn't buy any new figures, so the lead mountain has shrunk over these three months. Grelber |

Great month, got into a groove and completed some units for the tabletop! Bought: 7 AD&D kobolds Completed: 22 (including the kobolds) Yearly profit: +7
Lead Mountain size: 158 I'm nearly to my goal of matching my low point of 143… back in Nov of 2016. Goal for the year, get below 100! I just have to stop coming up with ideas for more/new Chaos Wars units… :S :S :S |

Retirement has certainly upped my painting output.
Painted 28 pieces of trench
Made 15 suppression markers (for GWSH)
Painted and based 30 Indian infantry, 5 British guns + crews and 5 Ottoman guns for the Mesopotamia project.
Made a 20cm x 15cm piece of swamp terrain. Ordered a bunch of acetate along with flock etc to make more swamps.

Apparently I skipped June, but not much happened the past two months. Bought: 24 Warlord Hessians, came "free" with a rules purchase of Pike & Shotte. Painted: 56 15mm WWII figures and 4 light chariots. End: +273 for the year. |
