Old Glory/Blue Moon used to offer a 15mm Alamo set to accompany their Texas War of Independence range…and I found this link, but couldn't find it in their current catalog.

There is a famous set that you'll occasionally see here done by the late Ian Weekley. Here's a picture: TMP link. Instructions on how to build it were included in Weekley's "Buildings for the Military Modeller," which you can still pick up on Amazon and elsewhere.
