Far too often there are complaints about poor service from miniature companies. Well,here is a shout out for amazingly great service. I placed a order Friday 28 July with Knuckelduster miniatures. This included instructions for a battalion pack to used marching rather then advancing figures and no flank company figures. In other words not an off the shelf order. In addition I also placed a order with Eureka miniatures USA the next day. Here it is Monday morning and both orders have been delivered to me in record time. This is incredibly outstanding service. Both companies went beyond what was expected. Both companies are great and will continue to get my hard earn money. Thank you Forrest at Knuckleduster.

I have always been happy with Knuckleduster service. I have not bought by mail from Eureka, I pick them up at cons. |
