Discovered and fell in love with the Caesar Miniatures Ratmen line- these are going to form the basis for a Skaven army for WHFB and AoS, as well as a whole new faction, the Virum Nascii, for our Hyperian Wars game:

Lovely stuff. WFB is a tough act for AoS to follow

Thanks guys! These Caesar/ Miniknight (whoever they are) sets are cool as hell, and at under £10.00 GBP for a box of 39 it makes a decent size army pretty affordable! Only issue is I think I may have bought up all the existing stock in the UK…

Planning to convert them for Jezzail teams, warpfire throwers and scratchbuild some Doomwheels for them too.

@Marc – yes it is, I have thing for the "regimet" style of play, it makes it different from playing 40k style games.. Hyperian Wars uses the same rules engine as our Apocalypse: Earth game, but regiments and formations play a much bigger role reflecting command and communication technology being much poorer.

Well, it will when we've finally finished it, anyway!
