Hello, I am planning to do a 3mm Iran-Iraq War, tank battle, and I would like to know where I can find info on Iranian tank paint schemes, and Iraqi tank paint schemes. Also, the best paint to use. Future thanks.

One of the best all-round sources for the war is the multi-volume series by Helion Publishing. Its from Tom Cooper and part of the Middle East at War Series: link

Early in the war, you would be safe in painting the Iranian armor (which would be mostly US/UK kit) in a light olive scheme. Iraqi armor (mostly Soviet/Warsaw Pact gear) would be in a sand/dark bluish green pattern. It could also be dark olive or even a sand color. Hope this helps.
