All, So I have the paperback edition of the rules. Looks pretty good for the SCW, but the charts are scattered all over the place. Is it worth spending another $15.00 USD to get the pdf, just to make a QRS?

I have a pdf. I did not see one in there either. I also googled it and did some digging. I was planning on sending you a copy. Sadly, I have not found one.

What I am thinking is that with the pdf, you could cut and paste the charts.
