The site is worth pursuing, go to the home page and there is some early 19th C content, but it is generally Victorian or later. For that it looks excellent

But I do not now how you do this……

Maybe 30% of your postings are rubbish.

Then maybe 30% are things we have already seen…probably only in the last two weeks.

But, then, that means 40% of stuff that we would never have seen.


OK, one could argue the proportions!

If even a fraction of that is then of incredible value (which it is) we must thank you for you efforts, (Grin)

It's a good link because there are descriptions of uniforms prior to these dates. Good for the Battles around Dorking and Surbiton in 1871 during the German invasion of that year: link
