Hi all,

Finished these a while ago but only getting round to show them off now. Pictures can be found here: link

All ships are from the Davco modern 1/3000 range which can be found here: navymodelsandbooks.co.uk

The oil rigs are 1/6000 from Shapeways (3D printed): link

I have recently just purchased a small selection of Davco 1/3000 civilian ships to add some interesting scenario ideas, objectives or just as some interest to a flat blue table!

Looking very nice. Mine are mostly NavWar but basing is very similar…

Your lines look a lot straighter / cleaner than mine :)

Yours are very nice as well, loads of them!

I did scrap the free-hand paint job and go for air brush masking tape to get straight lines on the carriers (also I couldn't be bothered with all of the markings like you've done).

Thanks. The masking tape method of yours definitely worked.

I have not been gaming Shipwreck for a while, but I found it to be much easier to pick up for off an on gaming than Harpoon.

Now go out there and rule the seas!

Very nice. I do really like the sea effect as well.

Thanks Boggler,

Really simple effect with polyfilla, it came out really well. I had practice on my WW2 ships so they don't look as good unfortunately.
