guys
just looking to find out what color scheme these armed german naval trawlers (kriegfischkutter) were (hope i spelt it right?

The one I built years ago I painted in standard DKM
gray (a little darker than USN Haze Gray).

Decks I did in light oak (not quite blonde).

Didn't try for any camo pattern and the hull below
the waterline was straight rust-red, with a black
waterline.

This was done in the late 1960's and there was not
a great deal of information available.

In the Osprey book 'Kreigsmarine Coastal Forces' they are pictured mostly in pre war merchant marine colours (IE Greys with rust staining, and light oak decks
A Google image search under krieg fischkutter will bring a lot of relevant pictures.
