Does anyone own these minis or have any pics of them? Essex still has none and the Web has been no help either. Thanks. |

They are very much outdated unfortunatelly. I used them in the late 80's before I knew much about Tang armies. But after studying in China. No… nice sculpts but not historically at all I think. |

Thank you much. All I needed to know. Too bad, there are several good 15mm lines out there but no 28s. I'd love to see Tang, 3 Kingdoms Korean and Kofun Japan all done by someone. |

The Assault Group's 28mm Tang Chinese might be what you are looking for. I'm not aware of any relevant Korean or Japanese in that scale however. |

One of the "Tang" spearmen (based on a John Greer drawing that's actually based on a Northern Dynasties figurine) is illustrated at link I would join Likui in not recommending them – at least not for their intended purpose. |

Essex did recently revamp their 15mm Tang range – I wonder if they're considering doing the same to the 25mm one? |

I had heard at some point the AG line was discontinued. Or was that incorrect? |

There is nothing on the TAG site that suggests the Tang line being discontinued. Beautiful figures. I'd highly recommend them. |

If you want later period, RedBox has just released 4 new Korean cavalry sets to go along with previous foot ones. They are in 1/72 though. |

Alas, while TAG's minis are decent enough it's another incomplete line. Looks like I may have to do 15mm if I'm ever to get my Tang vs Arab Conquest project done (wah!). |
