The game is now out of early access and people that purchased the $15 USD PDF received this message last night:

"
TRIUMPH VERSION 1.0 IS HERE!!!

We are pleased to announce that the official release of Triumph v1.0 is now available on Wargame Vault!

This is a FREE download for everyone who purchased the Early Access Edition. To access the files, look for a link at the bottom of this email ( in the note added by Wargame Vault ) . The files include:

* Triumph Rulebook ( pdf )

* Set Up Quick Reference Sheet ( pdf )

* Gameplay Quick Reference Sheet ( pdf )

* Terrain Cards Booklet ( pdf )

The most notable change in this final version is in the way that battle line troops are deployed. This change was made to handle situations where an army may have too many or too few battle line troops. This version also includes numerous minor changes, clarifications, improved wording, and additional diagrams. A full list of changes will be posted on the WGC Forum ( forum.wgcwar.com ) .

The PDF version is printer friendly and contains diagrams and text which are easy on the home printer. A hardcopy version is in the works which will have some additional eye candy.

I would encourage anyone interested in Ancient or Medieval gaming to take a look at these rules. I have played a lot of different rule systems in the past and these are by far some of the cleanest and easiest to learn and teach while giving a truly enjoyable game with reasonable results.

Very scalable from a small battle to huge scenarios and perfectly suited to friendly games, tournaments or campaigns.

Oh, and the Fantasy rules are also in playtest now : )

The new Triumph v1.0 release is included in the WargameVault summer sale. From now until July 9th you can get Triumph at 25% off: just $11.25 USD.

Here's the link to Triumph on WargameVault.

It's only showing as 1.0 at Wargame Vault. I bought the first draft there long ago, but I'm not seeing any option to update my version.

If you've purchased the Early Access Edition, you should be able to download the new v1.0 files.

Click on the link, and it should take you to the Triumph v1.0 product page on WargameVault. That page should have links for the new files. You may have to log in to get access.

The new files are listed as:

(triumph-qrs-setup-v1.pdf)
(triumph-qrs-gameplay-v1.pdf)
(triumph-rules-v1.pdf)
(triumph-terrain-card-booklet-v1.pdf)

The last file hasn't changed, but the others are new.

I went to WV & was logged in to my account. Clicked on one of the files & got "this page cannot be displayed". Will try again later.

Glad it has been completed.

I think the summer sale might have made for heavy traffic. Just checked and working fine now, files list like Jocko shows above, just click a name to download.
