I picked up a nice set last year at Historicon. Don't remember the dealer's name, but it was the booth selling the loose dice and hobby supplies.

Your local hobby – Maplewood Hobby, ie – or hardware shop may have them – ask the proprietor, they're likely to be behind counter.

If not, probably micromark.com has what you seek.
