I placed an order 23rd May from Otherworld which hasn't arrived. On 21st June I contacted them to ask about delivery, Richared replied that he would look into it. Since then no contact! Is this "normal" from Otherworld. I have heard that opening a PayPal dispute can be very bad for small companies, so I would rather use that as the last resort. And I want the models I ordered, not my money back, Otherworld has really nice stuff. Does anyone here on TMP know anything about Otherworld? I have ordered from other UK companies (such as Gaming Enhancements) since then and they have already delivered so the postal sevice to Sweden seems to be working ok. //Keith |

They been good for my order within uk but that was about a year ago. I hope all is well and they sort you soon. |

I find that common from Otherworld miniatures. I have had good turn around time and bad turn around time from him. But he does make my favorite line of figures so… Chris |

4-6 weeks to the US has been the norm for my three (large) orders from them, and communication can lag too, but they have always come through and the figs are worth the wait. One order sat in customs for a long time, and another order was addressed correctly but delivered to the wrong address, refused, and sent back to customs where it sat before OW figured out where it was and had it redelivered. Hang in there. |

Date on the postage mark is the 25th

Since 'looking into it' entails asking the Royal Mail, who then need to ask Swedish Mail, hearing nothing since June 21 makes perfect sense. He would be unlikely to have an answer by August 21. |

I gave up on a package from Otherworld last summer. I made a massive order and about 1/6th of it went missing. We emailed back and forth for a while, and he claimed to have re-sent the package but I was never provided with a tracking or parcel number or any evidence that it HAD been sent, so I have no idea. I love his models but I only buy them from 3rd parties now. |

I placed an order on July 3rd and received it promptly in the US on July 10th. I am very pleased with my items. |
