How fun, I hope you get to see it! I once lucked out and came across an exhibit like this totally by accident. I was in the Swiss town of Gryueres on a work related trip, I wanted to see go on the cheese tour and check out the medieval walled town -- and they had an Art of Middle Earth exhibit in the old castle. Super cool! |

I had the reverse experience. The local art museum was advertising a William Morris exhibit, and instead of the "real" William Morris, I got a 20th Century glass worker. Very nice work, you understand, but not the William Morris of fantasy and arts & crafts. |

When they say "never before seen" they mean that the paintings have never been on display before. This art has appeared in at least some editions of his books. |
