Does anybody know how the names on British Napoleonic Warships Was written. Example the brig " Tickler " captured by Danish gunboats. Is it HMS TICKLER, THE TICKLER or just TICKLER. |

Google "ship of the line stern" and look at Google images for examples. You will see some that have HMS, but those are models and in error. |
